We are a Christ Centered Outreach Ministry serving our neighbors who are experiencing food insecurity, addiction, and homelessness. We serve the unsheltered and poor in Minneapolis. We intentionally meet those in their need with a toolbox of care that includes a clean cot with fresh sheets and a warm blanket, a wake up call, a nice shower, a haircut, a hot breakfast and home-cooked lunch that are both nutritionally balanced and delicious, a shopping adventure in our free Clothing Closet, addiction recovery programming, Bible study, employment assistance, advocacy, friendship, and Hope, Help, and Healing. We invite you to partner with us in prayer, by volunteering, or by meeting our needs with tangible or financial resources. Join us in our Ministry to be a friend to those in need and to introduce them to our friend, Jesus, by working for the good of the city.

We are delighted that you are here. Whether this is your first visit or you've been with us for years, we want you to know that you are loved, valued, and welcomed. At Hope Avenue Twin Cities, our desire is to create a place where people can encounter the love of Jesus Christ, grow in their faith, and build meaningful relationships with others. We believe that no matter where you are on your spiritual journey, there is a place for you here. As we gather together in worship, prayer, and fellowship, we invite you to open your heart to God's presence and His Word. Our prayer is that you will leave encouraged, strengthened, and filled with hope for the days ahead. It is both a privilege and a blessing to serve as Treasurer of Hope Avenue Twin Cities. I want to express my sincere gratitude for your faithful generosity and unwavering support of the ministry God has entrusted to us. Your tithes, offerings, and financial contributions are more than gifts … they are acts of worship that help advance God's Kingdom and make a lasting impact in our community, and beyond. Because of your faithfulness, we are able to support worship services, outreach programs, discipleship opportunities, and ministries that bring hope and the love of Christ to people of all ages. At Hope Avenue Twin Cities, we are called to be the hands and feet of Christ … sharing the Gospel, serving those in need, building authentic relationships, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone can experience God's love and grace. At Hope Avenue, we believe that homelessness does not define a person’s worth. Our shelter has been located in North Minneapolis for 4 1/2 years. However, for the previous 15.5 years we provided a safe, welcoming space for those from North Minneapolis while we were housed in NE Minneapolis. We have provided a safe, welcoming space in North Minneapolis where our neighbors can find more than just a meal ... they find a community built on fellowship, respect, and love. Your support ensures that our doors remain open to everyone who needs a seat at the table.

Unique individuals who found more than just a shelter … they found a safe haven and a welcoming community.
